This is not your usual training, you will learn hands on and on a per task basis with assistance available to you accoring to your level of expertise.

Who is Drupal Latin America?

We're a group of Senior Drupal Developers. We come together from different backgrounds with one goal in mind: to train you to be the next great Drupal developer.

The company was incorporated in 2009, in response to the increasing demand for Drupal developers. Recruiting talent got harder and harder until we felt we we're reaching the limits. It was evident that we needed to develop new talent but companies didn't seem to have the time or resources to do so.

Alright, this is your chance then. We need to grow our list of associates. We need YOU to be a Pro, and we will take you there.

Your task will not be complete until it's live on the client's server. You and your mentor will go through iterations of the development cycle (sprints) until the code is ready to be demonstrated to the client. The client will perform User Acceptance Tests on the code or module you submit. When the client comes back with a green light you submit your invoice and can choose to accept a new task.
